
The Corry Industrial Park is made up of 180 Acres if land on Sciota Street and Plastics Road. US Route 6 is about a half mile south of the park, and State Route 426 is within a mile of the park's west entrance.
The Corry Industrial Center (CIC) is a full service, small and medium business incubator. Our 25,000 square foot facility is designed to accommodate seven small start-up businesses and was constructed in 1990. Each firm can lease between 1,000 and 4,000 square feet of office and warehouse space, which is specifically designed to meet their manufacturing and production requirements. Key business services, including management assistance, secretarial support, office machines, and conference facilities are provided to tenants as part of the support service system.
The Corry Industrial Park is a certified PA Select Site and a Designated KOZ area.

The multi-tenant facility is located on Plastics Road and has 159,000 sq. ft. on 15.91 acres. It is located one mile north of Route 6.
